Yes, for free: “Settings → Map” → “Map engine” → “Google”. The phone needs Google Play services; location and place search still work through Yandex.
Only the map itself changes: its look, labels and available layers. Address and place search, finding your real location and building routes stay on Yandex whatever you choose. On a phone without Google Play services Google cannot be selected — the app works with the Yandex map, and spoofing does not depend on it.
Google map labels change language together with the app right away; the Yandex map needs a short automatic restart for that. With the Google engine, map tiles are loaded from Google's servers.
