Settings → “Language”. By default the app follows the system language (“System default”), but you can pick any of the 31 languages manually — on any plan.

The language changes immediately, and the spoofing notification in the shade changes with it. The website works in the same 31 languages: the switcher is in the page header.

There is one exception — voice input of addresses: the built-in offline model recognizes only Russian speech. In another language it is easier to type the address in the search field.
