Service provider
The services described in this document are provided by the self-employed individual Igor Sergeevich Rybakov, INN 352529098368 (the “Provider”). Contact the Provider: support@mocklocation.ru.
Subject of the agreement
The Provider distributes the Mock Location app for Android (outside Google Play) and provides access to additional features with a Premium subscription. Using the website and paying for Premium means you accept these terms.
How the service is delivered
The APK file can be downloaded on the /download page as soon as you open it, without waiting and without placing an order. Premium is unlocked in your account automatically as soon as the payment is received — no further action is required.
Prices and payment
Current Premium prices in rubles are listed on the /premium page. Payment is one-time for the chosen period and is made with a method available on the checkout page. Renewal is manual; there are no automatic charges.
Cancellation and refunds
You can refund a payment yourself in your account (“Payments”) within 24 hours of paying — for the “Day” plan this window is shorter, 1 hour. After that, a refund can only be requested through support.
Limitation of liability
The app and the website are provided “as is”, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes to the terms
The Provider may update these terms — the current version and the date of the last update are always shown on this page.
