One — with the trash icon in its row, all at once — with the “Delete all” button at the top of the section. Backups are deleted both on the phone and in the cloud and cannot be recovered, so the app asks for confirmation.
If you are signed in but the cloud is unavailable right now, “Delete all” deletes nothing: otherwise the backups would be only half deleted and would come back from the cloud at the next sync. Try again when you have internet.
On the website a backup can be deleted in your account, in the “Backups” section. Favorites and history themselves do not change when backups are deleted.
