Nothing is deleted. Entries over the free limit stay visible and keep working when you start spoofing, but they can no longer be edited.
Such entries are marked with a dimmed icon. They cannot be renamed, given a new icon or deleted one by one — but you can still choose the place and start spoofing there.
When Premium is renewed, everything returns to normal: there is nothing to restore manually.
