No. Renewal is manual: the end date of your access is shown in your account, and you can extend Premium by paying again. No money is charged without your involvement.
This is a deliberate decision: a one-time payment for the chosen period instead of an auto-payment people forget about. There are no saved cards with recurring charges in the system.
If you do not renew, access simply returns to the free plan at the end of the paid period. Your data stays in place — see the question about what happens after cancelling.
