Your Mock Location account: places, devices, subscription and backups

The app on your phone and your account on the website work with the same account. The website account is handy when you need to tidy up your places from a computer, revoke a lost phone, renew Premium or get data back from a backup. Below is what each section contains.

  1. Sign in to your account

Click “Sign in” in the website header and enter the email and password of your app account — it is one and the same account. If you forgot the password, sign in with a code from an email or reset the password. No account yet — sign up and confirm your email with a code: without confirmation sync will not turn on.

  2. Tidy up your favorites

The “Favorites” section: search by name, renaming (a Premium feature), changing the icon, deleting a place and clearing the whole list with a “Restore” button. Changes appear on the phone right away while the app is open and there is internet.

  3. Look through your history

The “History” section: all points where you turned on spoofing, with search. An entry can be added to favorites or deleted, or the list can be cleared. On the free plan only the latest entries can be changed — older ones are visible but view-only.

  4. Check your devices

The “Devices” section: all phones signed in to the app and when each last connected. The “Revoke” button closes access immediately — the phone signs out at its next connection, and local data on it is kept.

  5. Take care of security

The “Security” section: changing the password and the list of sign-in sessions on the website. Any session except the current one can be ended with the “End” button. Changing the password ends all other sessions.

  6. Manage your subscription and payments

The “Subscription” section shows your plan and the date access ends; renewal is manual — by paying again, there are no automatic charges. You can cancel the subscription and, until the stated date passes, resume it without paying again. The “Payments” section has your order history and a “Request refund” button: within 24 hours of paying, for the “Day” plan — within one hour.

  7. Restore a backup

The “Backups” section holds the backups of favorites and history that the app uploads. Any of them can be restored (the current state is first saved as a “Before restore” backup), downloaded as a file or deleted.

The account and the app share the same data

The website and the app keep a real-time connection while the app is open and there is internet: a place renamed on the website changes on the phone immediately, and vice versa. If there was no connection, changes sync at the next connection.

Some things are set up only in the app: groups of places, manual order and sorting, appearance and the interface language. On the website favorites are shown as one list.

Sessions and devices are different lists

Sessions in the “Security” section are sign-ins to your account through a browser. Devices are phones with the app that sync places. If you lose a phone, revoke the device — and it is also worth changing the password, which ends the sessions on the website too.

Support

After signing in you can create a request on the support page: the reply arrives in the same chat in real time and is duplicated by email. Each request is a separate conversation with its own history. To get it sorted out faster, include your phone model, Android version and app version — you can see it in Settings → “About”.

Deleting your account

There is no separate delete button in the account: write to support from your account email, and the account with all its data will be deleted on request. The app keeps working without signing in afterwards — spoofing does not depend on an account.
